Introduction

Hello to all, so it’s me, formally Karli Crowther, but now Karli Hanks. So my friends tell me that I need to start a blog so here you go. Please forgive me on how this page looks, I am a newbie. So I guess I should catch you up on everything that is going on in the Hanks life. Well first I guess I will start off by catching you up on our family life. I am married to Kade Brandon Hanks. We met at a student ward at the University of Utah. Kade claims he tried to get my attention for entire year before we finally went out on our first date but I say he just wasn’t trying hard enough.

We were married, July 20, 2005, so we are coming up on 3 years. We still laugh everyday and there really is never a dull moment in our lives. In 2006, we bought our first home in West Jordan, and in 2007, we welcomed the best gift ever, a baby girl named Kimber Ryann. Kimber is 11 months old and I can’t believe she is going to be turning one soon! People always told me that the time will fly by but I didn’t think it was going to fly by this fast. My job allows me to work from home and so Kimber and I get to spend a lot of time together. We call her our little Taz because she is a tazmanian devil. She leaves a trail of destruction almost everywhere she goes whether it is in the kitchen throwing bowls and utensils on the floor, helping her self to the chocolate sauce in the fridge or in my office throwing all the CDs on the floor of finding any paper she can to shred into many pieces.

Kade is working in Park City at a company called S3 Entertainment where they specialize in custom home theaters. Kade is the sales/project designer and is having a great time. He works very hard and is hoping one day he can have his own home theater with the 70 inch TV he keeps bugging us to get.

I am still at Red Bull and I am coming up on my 4th year anniversary in July. Red Bull has been the best company to work for. Not only is it the best energy drink out there but I love what I do, because I manage the Wiiings Team and they keep me feeling young! For those of you who have no idea what that means, it means I run the promotions team in Utah. They are the ones that drive around in those awesome MINI Coopers with the BIG can of Red Bull hanging on the back.

We promote throughout the entire state of Utah and sometimes get to venture outside of the state as well. The girls sample cans of Red Bull to those at parties, enjoying the outdoors, or at cool events that are going on in Utah and again, sometimes again outside of Utah. In June we are heading to Texas to promote X-Fighters!

I still have a love for traveling and I will make a different post to fill you in on all the places that have been to. But I will say so far my favorite is New Zealand!

Well, that is about it for now. I will do better at this I swear but if you have any tips please share.
