The Final Year...
Pioneer Days-Colorado
So we headed to Colorado for their annual Pioneer Day Celebration. When people asked us why we go to Colorado they are suprised to hear that another State, well, small towns, actually celebrate the 24th of July.
We had a lot of fun, we went to the parades, the rodeo, carnival, and my favorite the demolition derby.
Here is Kimber with her cousin Katie, Grandma Lu,and Aunt Teri at the Sanford parade
The girls LOVE to push the stroller around a lot more then they like riding in it
Check out those boots!

Flaming Gorge
Ahhh Flaming Gorge, my first boating trip of the year and I was so excited. You can't really tell from the picture but I didn't know my picture was being taken otherwise I would have a big smile on my face.
We went with the Hanks family and had a blast. The weather was perfect and you couldn't ask for better wakeboarding water. Now I will admit I was a wimp and didn't get in because I just can't enjoy wakeboarding when the water is that cold.
As you can see, Kade wasn't afraid of the cold water.
I did get on the tube with our little newphew Kelton. I knew if I went with him then Scott wouldn't try to dump us in the water. :)
Kimber has my boating genes. The second she got on the boat and we started going she was smiling from ear to ear. She loves boating.
Kimber got a little hot and because she can't walk yet had to crawl around in the sand which at times she liked but other times not so much. I think we will wait until next year before we take her on any more boating trips. She did, however, get out on the tube with Kade.
